Youth Now is a strategy of the United Nations
Population Fund (UNFPA) to streamlining work in
youth participation of the organization in Latin

America and the Caribbean, within the frame-
work of the Global Strategic Plan 2018-2021 and the

Regional Youth Investment Initiative. Juventudes
Ya invites young people from all over the region to
get involved and lead the implementation of the
ICPD agenda, the Montevideo Consensus and the
2030 agenda. Juventudes Ya seeks to articulate
the work done by UNFPA with young people in the
countries with the regional work that is done from
UNFPA LACRO, but also between the different areas
of action and issues addressed by the organization

and promotes significant spaces to make their voic-
es and visions heard.
